Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities across the United States. This on-site, live-in position requires managing all prep and production for a designated day part, supervising staff, and enforcing allergen safety protocols.

The role demands a minimum 6-day/70-hour week in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, with competitive pay, a performance bonus, and full room & board for the contract duration.

Qualifications

2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
Strong leadership and menu execution skills.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
Willing to live on-site in a rustic setting for a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsibilities

Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking.
Strict allergen safety compliance and health standards.
Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
