Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a fast‑paced, on‑site role at our rural summer camp facilities across the US. You will oversee all prep and production, manage a team, and ensure strict allergen safety while delivering scratch‑cooked meals.

This live‑in, seasonal position requires enthusiasm, leadership, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a demanding 6‑day/70‑hour week environment. Competitive pay, bonus, room & board, and travel allowances are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking
• Experience managing allergens and dietary restrictions in large groups
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee prep and production for designated day parts
• Lead and train kitchen staff in a high‑volume, camp setting
• Maintain allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting
