Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a bustling rural summer camp. You will oversee all prep and production for the designated day part, manage staff, and uphold allergen safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

This on-site, live-in position requires a demanding 6-day/70-hour week and strong leadership. ServSafe Allergens certification is required before start date, with room and board provided.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, cooking skills, able to navigate iPad, identify Big 9 Allergens, and problem-solving abilities.
