Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities. You will oversee meal prep, production for designated day parts, staff supervision, and allergen safety compliance.

Live on-site for a fast-paced, high-volume season (May–Sept) with 6-day, 70-hour weeks, competitive pay, a performance bonus, and full room and board. Travel assistance is included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• Must hold ServSafe Allergens certification before start date (provided by Wolfoods).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day parts, ensuring timely meal service.
