The position demands experience in scratch cooking, managing a team, and adherence to health standards. A demanding 6‑day/70‑hour week is required, with full room and board provided for the contract duration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
