Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Temporary position up to 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers at the Fargo airport rental counter.
• Executes rentals and returns, verifies reservations and rental agreements.
• Provides friendly, efficient service and resolves issues to maintain loyalty.
• Maintains a neat, organized counter area and supporting work space.
• Answers phones promptly and provides directions and local information.
• Prepares rental documents accurately and communicates service charges.
