Job summary

Qualifications

• AA/AS Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 0–2 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ticket Operations team with daily operational and administration functions.
• Assist with game day operations for home games and events.
• Identify and suggest processing efficiencies for sales and ticket operations.
• Assist with preparation of financial reconciliation reports and chargeback disputes.
• Validate pricing/offers/events within the ticketing system.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management.
