Job summary

AEG's LA Galaxy unit seeks a Manager, Ticket Sales to lead the season ticket sales team, drive new revenue, and ensure client satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop staff, and implement strategic initiatives across full-season, partial-plan, and individual ticket sales.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and the ability to collaborate across marketing, operations, and analytics to forecast demand and optimize outreach.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years related work experience.
• Experience managing a ticket sales budget.
• Proven season ticket sales and service success.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics and Back Office.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management, coaching, and direction to Account Executives to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and service goals.
• Oversee the daily management and development of sales representatives through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct regular team and individual meetings with leadership.
• Oversee ticket sales debt management and optimize lead distribution with CRM tools.
• Develop processes to maximize new business opportunities from current client base.
• Work cross-functionally to plan and execute ticket sales initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to develop annual season ticket strategy and forecasting.
• Collaborate with analytics to monitor sales reports and identify trends.
• May execute seasonal Full Season campaigns with marketing and operations.
