Job summary

AEG, overseeing the LA Galaxy, is seeking a Manager of Ticket Sales to lead the season ticket sales team and drive new revenue. You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop staff, and execute strategic initiatives for full-season, partial-plan, and individual ticket sales.

The role involves cross-selling, improving efficiencies, debt management, and aligning goals with leadership through data analysis and planning.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of related work experience.
• Experience managing a ticket sales budget for year-round events.
• Proven track record in season ticket sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management, coaching, and direction to Account Executives to achieve sales and service goals.
• Manage onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions with HR.
• Oversee debt management, submissions, and lead distribution for prospect outreach.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop the annual season ticket strategy and forecast.
