Job summary

Detroit Lions is seeking an Account Executive, Membership Services to retain and grow the Season Ticket Member base. You will manage renewals, handle inquiries, and cross-sell opportunities across boards of members and premium products.

You will work to deliver exceptional service, maintain relationships, and contribute to campaigns targeting existing accounts and new business growth, including gameday and off-season activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of proven sales and customer service experience.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and touchpoints to Lions Loyal Members and track activities in ticketing/CRM systems.
Maintain monthly touchpoints with customers and hit targets with each account.
Educate members on benefits and act as trusted advisor.
Renew full or partial accounts and drive new business throughout the year.
Cross-sell to groups, partial seasons, suites and premium products.
Assist in ticket delivery and payment collection when needed.
Answer inbound inquiries and support season-ticket experiences and events.
