Job summary

Orlando Magic is seeking a part-time Fan Experience Service Representative to deliver legendary service to fans via phone and email, with emphasis on ticket/App troubleshooting and renewing Season Ticket Holder accounts to meet retention and revenue goals.

You will handle inquiries, provide proactive education about the Magic App, and support outbound campaigns to engage Loyal Blue members, using Salesforce to track interactions and trends within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of administrative and/or guest service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming emails, chats and phone calls for the Orlando Magic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for the Orlando Magic App.
• Input information into Salesforce to capture interactions and trends.
• Support, manage and renew Season Ticket Holder accounts to meet retention and revenue goals.
