The Los Angeles Rams are seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver best-in-class, year-round support to Rams Season Ticket Members. You will renew seats, handle relocations, and respond to member needs using CRM tools to boost engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or graduate degree.
• Prior sports sales/service industry or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Achieve season ticket renewal goals for assigned accounts.
• Engage with members through outbound activities (calls, emails, texts, social).
• Monitor inbound channels to assist members and fans.
• Become an expert on seat products, benefits, and services.
• Be a primary fan-facing representative at Rams home games.
• Assist with member events (set-up, check-in, operations).
