Job summary

The UFL is seeking an Account Executive, Ticket Sales & Service to grow our fan base, drive ticket revenue, and deliver outstanding service that turns first-time attendees into lifelong supporters. Hybrid role based in the Orlando area, with occasional events and travel.

You will prospect new clients, manage deposits, follow up on leads, and close sales through virtual presentations, face-to-face meetings, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year outbound sales experience.
• Premium and/or ticket sales experience in sports/entertainment preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Experience with a ticketing system - Ticketmaster/Archtics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell UFL ticket packages for designated team.
• Maintain a regular quota of ticket sales results and desired activity levels.
• Generate sales through deposit holders, existing leads, and develop leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, social selling and research.
• Create and develop new business by pitching prospective clients through virtual presentations, face to face meetings, phone prospecting, social selling and group presentations at events.
• Participate in events to support ticket sales efforts and promotional initiatives.
• Regularly seek and attend community events and organizations.
• Handle incoming sales calls and follow up with customers to build relationships and meet sales goals.
• Execute game day activations to provide fans with access and experiences.
