Job summary

Santa Monica Seafood is seeking a Seafood Production Associate for the Day Shift in a fast-paced, refrigerated setting. You will be cross-trained to perform a variety of production and warehouse duties and support multiple production areas as needed.

Responsibilities include processing, trimming, labeling, packing, loading, inventory support, and quality checks, all while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience preferred.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (35°–40°F).
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Day Production team. As a Seafood Production Associate, you will be cross-trained to perform a variety of production and warehouse duties in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.

Full-Time | Day Shift 9:00am - 5:30pm (Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week)
Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
