Santa Monica Seafood in Santa Monica, CA, has immediate openings for an experienced Salmon Line Cutter to cut whole fish, filets, and other products for packing and orders. You will clean, trim and portion fish, remove skin, scales or bones, and inspect for defects while following GMP and food safety guidelines.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, long periods of standing, and a 7:00pm–3:30am schedule, Monday through Saturday with one weekday off.

Formación

• Experience as a seafood cutter or similar role.
• Ability to follow GMP, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to trim, cut and portion fish for packing/stock.

Responsabilidades

• Cut whole fish, filets and other products for packing and orders.
• Remove skin, scales or bones and inspect for defects.
• Pack wholesale and local customer orders; maintain clean work areas.
