Responsibilities

• Sets department standards for service, cleanliness, dress, and profitability.
• Assists customers by guiding to products, handling requests, and providing prompt service.
• Trains, supervises, and evaluates all department employees; schedules weekly work plans.
• Inspects signage and displays and orders products for replenishment; analyzes sales trends.
• Maintains proper temperatures and storage procedures to ensure freshness and reduce shrink.
