Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Seafood Department functions and activities to meet goals.
• Lead and engage associates to achieve department targets and customer experience.
• Ensure safety, food handling, and regulatory compliance in the department.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked displays and storage areas.
• Monitor temperature logs and production sheets and ensure accuracy of records.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new department staff.
