Job summary

ShopRite Milford is seeking a Seafood Manager to lead the Seafood Department, supervising a team of associates and coordinating daily operations to achieve sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to food safety and department standards.

Qualifications

• English language literacy and communication are required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Seafood Department operations and supervise associates.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across the department.
• Train and mentor associates to meet service standards.
