Job summary

ShopRite Wyckoff is seeking a Seafood Manager to supervise the Seafood Department, directing associates toward sales, profit, and customer experience goals in line with our service priorities. You will oversee safety, quality, and efficient operations under the direction of the General Store Manager.

Key responsibilities include staffing, training, and enforcing policies while maintaining product standards and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak English clearly and interpret basic information.
• Basic math skills required for daily tasks.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Lead and engage associates to meet department goals.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Seafood Department functions and staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Greet customers and promote current promotions to support sales.
• Maintain appropriate product placement, pricing, and stock levels.
