Job summary

ShopRite of Waretown is seeking a Seafood Manager to direct all Seafood Department functions and supervise Associates at the ShopRite of Waretown location. You will lead operations to achieve sales, profit, and Customer Experience goals under the Store Manager's direction.

Key duties include safety and food-handling compliance, talent onboarding and coaching, maintaining displays, and ensuring consistent customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk during shifts.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to engage and lead Associates to meet department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Seafood Department operations to meet sales and guest experience goals.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance in daily duties.
• Train and develop department associates and manage onboarding.
• Maintain cause of customer service and presentation standards in display and stocking.
