Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative, Dragonfly, to identify, contact and qualify new leads for the Americas Strategic sales team. You will set up introductory meetings for the Professional Information Business suite.

Collaborating with Sales Directors, Account Executives and Specialists, you will build targeted prospect lists, run campaigns, and maintain CRM records to drive revenue and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in sales or lead generation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify key customer issues and set up meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and qualify new leads to set up introductory meetings.
• Call current and prospective clients to schedule meetings for the Americas Strategic sales team.
• Develop lead campaigns and build prospect lists for targeted segments.
• Maintain records of calls, contacts, and campaigns in the CRM.
