Job summary

Flourish is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to build and lead a high-performing SDR team in a hybrid Miami-based role. You will drive outbound strategy, coach reps, and partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize pipeline generation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of frontline sales management in Mid-Market SaaS, strong coaching skills, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or SalesLoft. Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years frontline sales management experience in Mid-Market SaaS.
Experience leading an SDR/BDR team in B2B technology or enterprise software.
Strong coaching and people leadership capabilities with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage SDRs to exceed targets.
Own outbound prospecting strategy, messaging, sequencing, and territory planning.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops on ICPs and campaigns.
Track KPIs and use data to optimize performance and pipeline contribution.
Build coaching cadence with call reviews, 1:1s, and role-plays.
Champion outbound tooling (CRM, engagement platforms, intent data).
Foster a high-energy, collaborative, accountable team culture.
