Flourish is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare and medical communications business to recruit an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our U.S. team in Miami.

In this role you will identify and engage potential clients, book qualified meetings, and contribute to revenue growth across pharma and medical devices, with structured training, coaching, and clear progression in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with professionals over the phone.
• Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or phone-based experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting and engaging new clients through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Booking qualified meetings for senior sales professionals
• Learning and implementing a proven B2B sales process
• Researching target accounts, markets and industry trends
• Supporting the wider sales team throughout the sales cycle
• Working towards activity and revenue-based targets
• Building expertise within the healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors
