Fireworks AI is hiring its first SDR Manager to build and scale the sales development function from the ground up. You will lead a team of SDRs, coach them through hands-on development, and design AI-powered systems behind our top-of-funnel motion. Own performance, playbooks, and reporting to drive pipeline for Enterprise and Developer segments.

You’ll partner with Marketing and RevOps to convert signals into qualified opportunities and create repeatable outbound/inbound processes at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or leading a sales development team.
• Strong coaching and pipeline forecasting abilities.
• Experience with AI tools to improve productivity and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of SDRs from onboarding to high performance.
• Own activity metrics, conversion rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
• Design AI-powered workflows and playbooks for inbound/outbound motions.
• Partner with Marketing and RevOps to optimize routing and targets.
• Build dashboards for real-time funnel visibility and reporting.
