Job summary

AppsFlyer is seeking a Manager of Sales Development to lead the NA SDR team in San Francisco. You will own prospecting, ramp, and how the role evolves in an AI-first go-to-market organization. The team handles top-of-funnel efforts, greenfield prospecting, competitive displacement, and inbound qualification.

You will coach six SDRs, shape sequencing and messaging, own pipeline quality, and build the AI-assisted motion while hiring and developing talent for career growth within AppsFlyer.

Qualifications

• Recent hands-on outbound sales development experience, including crafting sequences and coaching.
• Direct management experience with SDRs/BDRs, including hiring, ramping and performance feedback.
• Daily fluency with AI tools and ability to assess output for business value.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to present performance and plans to leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing, autonomous environment and influence motion design.

Responsibilities

• Lead six SDRs directly, coaching, ramping, and performance management.
• Own sequence quality, messaging, call structure, and discovery with reps.
• Own pipeline quality across volume and meeting quality; protect strategic accounts.
• Build and govern the AI-assisted motion, from evaluation to day-to-day operation.
• Own recruiting and onboarding as a standing part of the role; build ramp assets.
