The role blends core hardware sales with emerging software, requiring curiosity, fast learning, and strong communication in a hybrid work environment based in Cleveland, OH.

Competenze

• 1+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).

Mansioni

• Prospect and qualify new accounts across core offerings: cabling, cameras, access control, mobile security.
• Identify accounts ready for VMS upgrades, Computer Vision, or AI offerings and introduce them at the right time.
• Run discovery calls to understand operations, safety and security needs; book qualified meetings; keep CRM records accurate.
