Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) in Chicago to generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification. You will partner with field sales to hand off well-prepared briefs, helping advance your career toward a Business Development Manager role within 6–12 months.

You will develop core sales skills, build client relationships, and contribute to a culture of high activity and accountability.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in sales and desire to build a career as a closer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of hitting targets or goals in any context.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay professional.
• Comfort with CRM tools, LinkedIn and email sequencing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
• Handoff meetings to BDM with thorough briefs.
• Maintain high activity and meet weekly/monthly targets.
• Collaborate with BDMs and keep Salesforce up to date.
