EmployBridge is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified meetings through outbound and inbound efforts. You will partner with field sales to ensure well-briefed introductions that convert.

You’ll build the skills for a future Business Development Manager role within 6–12 months, owning the full cycle from first contact to close. The position focuses on execution and growth, with emphasis on high activity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in sales and building a career as a closer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for conversation and emails.
• Track record of hitting targets in any context.
• Ability to handle rejection with energy and professionalism.
• Comfort with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email sequencing platforms.

Responsabilités

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients.
• Qualify inbound leads and hand off meetings to a BDM with a thorough brief.
• Book qualified meetings and meet weekly and monthly activity targets.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and participate in reviews and coaching.
