Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) to generate qualified meetings and support the sales team. You will prospect via phone, email, and other channels, qualify inbound leads, and hand off to a Business Development Manager with a thorough brief.

You will collaborate with BDMs, maintain Salesforce updates, and participate in coaching to improve your craft. This is an entry point with a potential track to closer roles within 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in sales and a clear path to becoming a closer.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to hold conversations and write compelling emails.
• Track record of meeting targets in any context (work, academics, sports, etc.).
• Ability to handle rejection with energy and professionalism.
• Comfort with CRM tools, LinkedIn and email sequencing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
• Brief BDMs with high-quality meeting details to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.
• Research target accounts and understand their business and hiring challenges.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and participate in coaching sessions.
