StreetSmart (Antler S26) is hiring for a Sales Development Representative in San Francisco. In this full-time role, you will focus on outbound sales, engaging hospitals and health systems, and qualifying accounts for the sales team.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, and interested in AI and healthcare tech. Compensation ranges from $90K to $120K OTE, with a requirement to work five days onsite.

The Role

SDR position on the frontlines of outbound sales. You're prospecting into hospitals and health systems, running cold outreach, qualifying accounts, and booking meetings for the sales team.

What You'll Do

• Run cold outbound across phone, email, and social
• Qualify accounts and book meetings for the closing team
• Work directly with sales leadership to refine the outbound motion
• Use AI and intent tools to prioritize high‑value prospects

Compensation
