ClosedWon Talent LLC is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to lead a team of 8–9 outbound reps from our San Francisco HQ. You’ll coach daily, run one-on-ones, and personally jump on cold calls to keep the pipeline moving.
In this enterprise-focused role you’ll map accounts, mentor reps through top-of-funnel conversations with CEOs, CFOs, or COOs, and partner with marketing to scale outbound motion. Strong leadership and a track record delivering pipeline are essential.
Healthcare providers lose a fortune to broken back-office operations, not bad medicine. Our client’s AI platform fixes that, automating the revenue cycle, clinical, and administrative work that quietly drains time and money, so providers get paid correctly and get back to patient care. The result: one of the strongest growth stories in health tech right now.
The business behind it is one of the stronger growth stories in health tech right now. They’ve grown roughly 10x year over year, raised their most recent round from a top-tier venture firm, and reached profitability, which very few companies at their stage can say. They sell across urgent care, primary care, behavioral health, and additional specialties, to organizations ranging from one or two locations up to groups running hundreds. Deals are enterprise in size but move fast, often closing in one to four months.
This is a frontline SDR Manager role reporting directly to the VP of Sales. You’d own the outbound motion for a team of roughly 8 to 9 SDRs, with a current one-to-one ratio to the AE team and heavy pipeline support from marketing. The priority is true frontline leadership: coaching reps every day, jumping on cold calls yourself, diagnosing why a given rep isn’t breaking through, and building the energy and momentum that make an outbound team perform.
Because the sale is enterprise in nature, you’d be coaching reps to map accounts properly, treat the top of their book differently, and navigate conversations that shift from a CEO, CFO, or COO one day to a director of operations the next. The product is sophisticated but the pitch isn’t overly technical, so what matters more is understanding the nuances of each vertical and each persona and teaching your team to do the same.
The reason this role is genuinely exciting is the room to grow. The company is scaling quickly and investing heavily in the SDR function, so you’d have a real seat at the table shaping the hiring plan and the profile. You’d be responsible for hiring and onboarding net-new SDRs over the coming months, and as the org grows there’s a clear path into a bigger role, whether that’s director, building a team beneath you, or promoting your own people into team-lead seats. The SDR-to-AE promotion path is already real here, with multiple reps promoted into closing roles, one of whom closed $500K in his first quarter as an AE.
