• 5+ years of ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore best solutions.

Responsibilities

• Release Management role: manage digital releases through SDLC phases and coordinate implementation.
• Coordinate across development, DBA, and partners for PreProduction support.
• Manage release artifacts in Jira and ServiceNow.
• Act as Scrum Master and project manager for delivery teams.
• Incidents and testing support for feature development and release environments.
