NTT DATA is seeking a Scrum Master and PreProduction Support Engineer to join our hybrid team in Irving, Texas. The role spans Release Management and PreProduction engineering, coordinating across SDLC, testing, compliance, and implementation.

You will manage Jira/ServiceNow artifacts and lead delivery with a focus on collaboration, risk management, and architectural alignment. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in Agile frameworks, strong communication skills, and proficiency in coordinating

• 5+ years of Agile practices with Kanban, Scrum and workflow tools (Confluence, Jira).
• 5+ years experience with human-centered design principles.
• 5+ years of strong risk management leadership skills.
• 5+ years of strong dependency management skills.
• 5+ years of effective communication at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• 5+ years of influencing organizational change in a matrix environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Release Management: manage digital releases through SDLC phases, testing, compliance and implementation coordination.
• Release artifacts managed in Jira and ServiceNow.
• Lead Scrum Master and project management activities across teams.
• PreProduction Support: coordinate across development, DBA and enterprise partners; support testing tasks and incident handling.
