Job summary

Responsibilities

Title: Scrum Master

Type: Contract

• The resource will function in Release Management as a TPM/Scrum Master and in Preproduction environment support as an engineer.

Release Management role:

• Manage Digital releases through SDLC phases testing, compliance, and implementation coordination
• Release artifacts managed in Enterprise tools of Jira and ServiceNow
• Experienced in managing work as scrum master and project manager

Pre-Production Support engineer

• Support of lower environment Problem Incident support for feature development and release environments. Would be responsible for coordinating across development, DBA, and enterprise partners
• Responsible for supporting a variety of testing tasks such as switch enablement, testing down, and debug enabling
• Incident support through Enterprise Jira Service Desk
• Experienced as a system support/operations engineer
