Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes and taste for validation.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line and more.
• Speak to guests about menu offerings, seasonality and ingredients.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service as needed.
• Move multi-task in the kitchen and maintain safety standards.
• Adhere to DIG food safety standards and anti-discrimination policies.
• Contribute to a mission to rebuild the food system.
