Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and other stations.
• Explain menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service and help wherever needed.
• Move and multitask in the kitchen while maintaining safety standards.
• Uphold DIG food safety standards and anti-discrimination policies.
• Be part of a mission to rebuild the food system.
