Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers with on-site service, technical support, and training. You will commission SCR equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and provide phone support.

Travel 60–75% with some overnight stays; you will document work and equipment performance on reports. You must manage site coordination, conduct post-commissioning training, and stay updated on MIRATECH products.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial instrumentation and controls; analog transmitters and PID controls.
• Knowledge of AC/DC circuits and relay logic.
• Analytical mindset; interest in engines, controls and emissions.
• Willingness to learn and become an expert; independent decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel 60–75%.
• Passport or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Commission the full SCR system scope on new installations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service on existing products.
• Provide telephone support including troubleshooting and parts identification.
• Coordinate sites and participate in project meetings.
• Deliver post-commissioning training on operations and maintenance.
• Generate daily reports for customers and internal staff.
• Follow up with customers after service work is completed.
• Stay current on products and services.
• Plan work schedule efficiently and manage test equipment calibration.
