Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers with on‑site service, technical support, and training. You will commission SCR systems, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and provide phone support as needed.

You will travel extensively, coordinate with site teams, and deliver end‑user training while maintaining safety and quality standards across assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial instrumentation & controls including analog transmitters and sensors.
• Proficiency with AC/DC circuits including relay logic.
• Interest in engines, controls, and emissions.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% overnight.
• 0–4 years field service experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Passport or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Commission new installations and service existing SCR equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Provide telephone support and identify replacement parts.
• Coordinate site activities and attend meetings.
• Deliver post‑commissioning customer training on operations and maintenance.
• Submit daily field reports to customers and staff.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and tools.
