Job summary

MIRATECH seeks a Field Service Technician to support customers with on-site service, technical support, and training. You will commission SCR systems, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment in the field across customer sites.

Ideal candidates have 0–4 years in field service, strong instrumentation knowledge, and the ability to travel 60–75% overnight. A valid driver's license and passport are required.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years field service experience or equivalent knowledge
• Must possess valid driver's license and passport
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Willing to travel 60–75% overnight
• Able to read technical drawings and manuals
• Proficient with MS Office; proficiency test required

Responsibilities

• Commissioning total system scope on new MIRATECH installations
• Perform routine maintenance and service on existing products
• Provide telephone support and troubleshooting; identify replacement parts
• Coordinate site activities and attend project meetings
• Provide post-commissioning training on operations and maintenance
• Submit daily field reports to customers and internal staff
• Follow up with customers after service work
• Stay updated on company products and services
• Plan work schedule efficiently
• Maintain test equipment and calibration tools
