Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers with on-site service, training, and technical support in the United States. The role involves commissioning SCR equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing telephone support from field locations.

Travel will be 60-75% overnight, with reports to a Field Service Supervisor. Valid driver’s license and passport required; MS Office proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years prior field service technician experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Passport or ability to obtain one required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning new SCR equipment and system scope on new installations.
• Perform routine maintenance and service on existing products.
• Provide telephone support including troubleshooting and parts identification.
• Coordinate site activities and attend project meetings.
• Post-commissioning customer training on operations and maintenance.
• Submit daily field reports and follow up with customers.
