Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers with on-site service, training, and technical support. Responsibilities include commissioning SCR equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting performance reports.

The role requires travel, strong problem solving, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic field environment. Valid driver’s license and passport are necessary.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of industrial instrumentation & controls including analog transmitters, temperature/pressure measuring devices, PID controls.
• Proficiency with AC and DC circuits including relay logic.
• Strong analytical mind with interest in engines, controls and emissions.
• Willingness to learn and become an expert in MIRATECH equipment.
• Ability to make independent decisions in a loosely structured environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to juggle priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% overnight.
• 0–4 years prior field service technician experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning the total system scope supplied by MIRATECH on new installations.
• Perform routine maintenance and service on existing products.
• Provide telephone support to customers including troubleshooting and parts identification.
• Coordinate sites and participate in project meetings.
• Provide post-commissioning training on operations and maintenance.
• Submit daily field reports to customers and internal staff and follow up on service callbacks.
