Job summary

Colgate Palmolive is seeking a Territory Manager for Scottsdale, AZ to drive growth across dental practices. You will partner with Regional Manager to develop territory plans, exceed revenue targets, and promote the Colgate Professional portfolio.

Responsibilities include building relationships with dental practices, conducting lunch-and-learn sessions, and collaborating with distributors to expand market share. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of B2B sales are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of high performing business to business sales experience.
• Must reside in the territory or be willing to relocate.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plans to maximize profitability and market share.
• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through new customer acquisition and portfolio selling.
• Build relationships with dental practices and key influencers to gain brand loyalty.
• Prospect using cold outreach and digital channels to unlock untapped business.
• Deliver product details and lunch-and-learn sessions to demonstrate portfolio value.
• Represent Colgate at dental conventions and local associations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive territory growth.
