Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Territory Manager for Scottsdale, AZ, operating in a hybrid setup. You will drive growth by partnering with dental professionals, delivering clinical value, and exceeding sales targets across a demanding portfolio.

The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the territory. You will collaborate with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to expand market share and influence within dental practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Two or more years of high performing business to business sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel within the designated territory.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must currently reside within the territory or be willing to relocate personally to the target market.

Responsibilities

• Engineer territory business plans with Regional Manager to target profitable opportunities and increase market share.
• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue benchmarks through clinical expertise and portfolio selling.
• Cultivate relationships with dental practices, DSOs, and key industry influencers to gain loyalty.
• Prospect via cold outreach, networking, digital channels, and modern sales platforms to unlock untapped business.
• Deliver lunch-and-learn sessions and product details to showcase clinical superiority of Colgate portfolio.
• Represent Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals at dental conventions and study clubs.
• Collaborate with corporate leads, marketing, and distributor sales teams to drive territory growth.
