Job summary

Rockwell Automation's EDGE program offers the Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program (ISC LDP) with four six-month rotations and a year-long capstone. Graduates move into a role aligned with interests—individual contributor, technical or supervisory—reporting to the ISC Program Manager onsite at multiple US locations.

Participants gain experience across planning, manufacturing engineering, and logistics while relocating for rotations and potentially hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• Willingness to relocate multiple times throughout the program.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Three, six-month rotations in planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; and operations engineering.
• One twelve-month capstone in plant supervision and related rotations.
• Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership.
