Job summary

Rockwell Automation's EDGE program ISC LDP track accelerates your growth into people leadership with four six-month rotations and a year-long capstone, leading to a promotion into roles aligned with your interests. You will relocate during rotations to US sites, with on-site work at Rockwell facilities.

Locations include Wisconsin, Ohio, New York and Indiana; some rotations may be hybrid, fully remote positions are not available. The 2027 start dates are January 11 or June 14.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Four six-month rotations across planning, materials, quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations engineering.
• One twelve-month capstone in plant supervision with additional rotation requirements.
• Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership.
