Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks candidates for its ISC LDP program in the United States. You will complete three six-month rotations across planning/materials, quality/manufacturing, and operations engineering, plus a twelve-month capstone in plant supervision. Relocation is required for rotations and most work is in-person.

Upon graduation, you’ll move into a role matching your interests, with opportunities in leadership, technical, or individual contributor paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university.
• Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; we will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Three, six-month rotations in core areas: planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; and operations engineering.
• One, six-month rotation in strategic sourcing or logistics; one twelve-month capstone in plant supervision.
• Develop AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership during the program.
