Job summary

Rockwell Automation invites graduates to join the EDGE program’s ISC LDP track across multiple US sites. You will rotate through planning, materials, quality, manufacturing engineering, and logistics, with a year-long capstone in plant supervision, developing leadership and AI-enabled process improvements.

Relocation is a core part of the program, most roles are in-person, with some rotations potentially hybrid. Start dates include 2027; onsite training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership.
• Participate in individualized mentoring in a learning environment.
• Relocation to US-based sites across Wisconsin, Ohio, or other locations as rotations require.
