Job summary

Rockwell Automation's EDGE program, Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program (ISC LDP), offers three year rotations across planning, quality, manufacturing, and a capstone in plant supervision. You will relocate for rotations across Wisconsin, Ohio or other US sites and graduate into a technical, IC, or supervisor role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; we will not sponsor visas.
• Willingness to relocate multiple times during the program.

Responsibilities

• Three six-month rotations in core areas: planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; operations engineering.
• One six-month rotation in a business elective area: strategic sourcing or logistics.
• Twelve-month capstone in plant supervision with rotations across core and elective areas.
