Job summary

Rockwell Automation's EDGE program offers three six-month rotations across planning, quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations, plus a year-long capstone, with promotion into a longer-term role. You will relocate to US sites including Wisconsin, Ohio, or elsewhere, to gain cross-functional leadership experience.

Graduates move into roles that fit performance and interests, with relocation assistance and mostly on-site work; some rotations may allow hybrid arrangements, but fully remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• GPA 3.0+; graduating within 3 years of January 2027.
• Majors: mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, or similar.
• Previous co-op or intern experience.

Responsibilities

• Three, six-month rotations in core areas: planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; and operations engineering.
• One six-month rotation in business elective: strategic sourcing or logistics.
• Twelve-month capstone in plant supervision; three of five rotations must be core and one in the business elective.
• Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership.
