Xcel Blue offers a rotational integrated supply chain leadership development program (ISC LDP) designed to accelerate the growth of future leaders. The three-year program includes three six-month rotations in planning, materials, quality, and manufacturing engineering, plus a six-month elective in strategic sourcing or logistics.

Participants progress to roles aligned with their strengths and performance. Location flexibility is a requirement, with onsite rotations at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not provided.
• One twelve-month capstone requirement in plant supervision and rotations in core/business categories.

Responsibilities

• Complete three-year rotations across planning, materials, quality, manufacturing, and operations engineering; one six-month rotation in strategic sourcing or logistics.
• Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership.
• Relocate as required and report to the ISC Program Manager; gain exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Job description

This rotational integrated supply chain leadership development program offers participants hands-on experience in manufacturing, operations, and logistics. The program's the program (ISC LDP) track accelerates the professional growth of future people leaders. Upon graduation, you will be promoted into a longer-term role that matches the your professional interests. Successful associates will graduate into an individual contributor, technically focused, or supervisor role depending on their performance throughout the program. Location: Location flexibility is a requirement of this position.

Program Highlights

• Three, six-month rotations in the following core areas: planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; and operations engineering. One, six-month rotation in one of the following business elective areas: strategic sourcing or logistics.
• Throughout the three-year program, associates will: Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership. Participate in individualized mentoring in a learning environment. You will receive challenging levels of responsibility, accountability, and visibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Graduating before (within 3 years of) January 2027.
• Major in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, or similar.
• Met at an on-campus event or national conference.
• Previous applicable co-op or intern experience.
• Ability to communicate to multiple levels, including senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow-through on commitments.
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills including an attention to detail.

• Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program.

• One, twelve-month capstone requirement in plant supervision. Along with the twelve-month capstone, you will be required to complete three of your five rotations in the core category and one of your five rotations in the business elective category.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $76,800.00–$82,000.00 per year.
